This garden in Ranmore Common, Surrey, is north facing garden and provided a challenging slope.
We introduced levels, surrounded seating areas with planting borders and lined a pathway with box hedges and borders. Steps have been built with great attention to detail. A sunken terrace is situated further away from the house to provide a sunny aspect.
Different materials define seating areas and pathways, we have used dark clay paver, light coloured sandstone, light gravel and oak sleepers.
A slate clad water wall forms a water feature providing the focal point from the house.
